By accessing or using our website or any of its interactive tools, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you purchase any service, pay an invoice, or start a monthly or annual plan with us, your engagement is governed by our Client Service Terms.
2. Business use & eligibility
This website and its tools are intended for business owners, organizations, and commercial representatives who are at least 18 years old. By submitting any form or phone number on our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are authorized to provide the contact details and business information you enter.
3. Interactive Quote Builder (/quote)
Our Interactive Quote Builder allows you to explore service packages, compare monthly vs. annual billing options, and request an invoice or callback. While we publish transparent pricing and honor the rates shown for standard packages, an online quote summary is not a binding contract until confirmed by our team and accepted through an official invoice under our Client Service Terms. Items marked “Custom Quote” or “TBD” are scoped and priced after a brief discovery conversation.
4. Free Local Customer Search Plan tool (/local-search-plan)
Our Free Local Customer Search Plan tool analyzes publicly available webpage information and third-party search demand data to generate an educational local keyword and market report.
- Usage quota: To keep reports fast and prevent automated abuse, usage is strictly limited to 3 free search plans per month per user/IP address.
- Estimates only: Monthly search volumes, cost-per-click figures, competition ratings, and opportunity scores are estimates derived from third-party search data and AI analysis. They are provided for planning purposes only and do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, or revenue.
- Authorized URLs: You may only scan websites and businesses that you own, represent, or have permission to evaluate.
5. AI Receptionist Live Demo (/ai-demo.html)
Our AI Receptionist Demo page lets you test how a custom-briefed AI voice agent answers business calls. By submitting the demo form:
- You confirm that the mobile phone number you enter belongs to you and that you are not entering someone else's number without their knowledge.
- You consent to receive a text message containing a confirmation link and, once you tap that link (or at your scheduled time), an automated demonstration call from an AI voice system operated by Pixel Pro AI Marketing LLC.
- You understand and agree that the demonstration call is recorded and transcribed so that we can email you the call recording and transcript afterwards.
- Demos are limited to one per phone number unless otherwise unlocked by our team.
6. Website Chat Specialist
The interactive chat widget on our website uses an automated AI assistant to answer general questions about Pixel Pro's services, packages, and workflows. Chat responses are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal, financial, or binding contractual commitments.
7. SMS text messaging program terms
When you opt in to receive SMS text messages on any Pixel Pro form (including the Quote Builder, Project Onboarding Brief, Free Local Customer Search Plan, AI Receptionist Demo, or Client Portal):
- Program sender: Messages are sent by Pixel Pro AI Marketing LLC.
- Message types: Depending on the checkboxes you select, messages may include transactional messages (payment links, invoice confirmations, demo links, appointment reminders, and project updates) and/or occasional marketing messages (up to 4 messages per month).
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text that your opt-out has been processed.

- Costs & carriers: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Intellectual property & acceptable use
All content on this website—including text, custom illustrations, mascots, graphics, logos, videos, code, and interactive quote/audit calculators—is owned by or licensed to Pixel Pro AI Marketing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute our website design, mascots, or interactive tools without written permission
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, Cloudflare Turnstile checks, or portal authentication
